Review Enhancements

 

This feature allows you to set minimum times for Account Reviews. If the minimum review time has not been met, the Operator or Attorney will not be able to pass the Review.

Please see Reviews for information about setting up Reviews using the Review Editor.

From the Main Menu, select Definitions, Account Review and Review Editor.

Select the Account Review that needs the minimum time added or updated and click the modify button. Or click the new button if you are adding a new Review Template.

On the Review Editor Header, set the minimum number of minutes that the Operator or Attorney must spend reviewing the account. If there is no time requirement leave or set the Minimum Review Time to 0.

When reviewing an account using this template, the operator or attorney will receive a message if they try to pass a review before the minimum time has passed.

They will not be able to finalize until the time has expired. They can cancel or save to complete at a later time when they have the minimum time to review the account.
